Server was friendly, we went on the night of the Santa clause parade with 2 toddlers. Only feedback would be the kids meals , burger was enormous and hard for a 2 year old to eat. Good job overall.

I accidentally ordered prime rib instead of a rib steak. The service immediately noticed my confusion when the food was placed in front of me. He immediately apologized and took it away. I felt really bad for this error on my part but the entire experience was treated with such grace from the servers, manager and the chef. The chef delivered my steak to the table and asked me to ensure that the preparation was as requested. It was perfect.

Was recommended to go to the Heist for the ambiance and delicious food. Was not disappointed a definitely must try for anyone in Kingston. The fried pork belly appetizer was amazing, would never have been my first pick but glad I took the servers recommendation.

Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent service. The food was outstanding and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised with amuse bouche before our appetizers. Cocktails were perfectly made. Presentation of everything was outstanding. Highly recommend!
