We have been to Sparkling Hills several times before. It appears to me that the servings are smaller than previously, however I did not leave hungry. My biggest complaint was the noise level. The table beside us had 5 boisterous guest. Add to that the music level that the restaurant played and it was different to have an intimate conversation.

Excellent food. Steak was done to perfection. No Ceasar salad on the menu for the winter menu. They do have a kids noodle dish now for families.

Live music was perfect. Food was excellent. We had the striploin. It was cooked perfectly and sides were fresh and delicious. Mirabelle is an excellent server and we were fortunate to have her.

The experience was GREAT. Food was perfect. Noise level was not very high. Greeter was wonderful, pleasant, friendly. Waitress was great and friendly.
