Incredible food, fantastic ambience and service was great. Entry was a great surprise!

Me and my friends, 5 of us immensely enjoyed the seafood buffet and we all agreed we’re coming back and bringing more friends over. Also enjoyed the 20% senior discount which was value for our money! Thanks Waves for putting up some great buffet restaurant! in Surfers Paradise!

After reading the reviews I was skeptical however the service was on time and frequent and my water glass was always full. Ordered the 400g Rib fillet on the bone Medium however was more a medium well and was a lot smaller than expected for a normal 400g on the bone estimated about 300g with the bone and a little over 200g steak. My partners meal was a good size strip sirloin medium and was also more a medium well to well done. Overall happy with the experience and the open grill of the kitchen and menu makes us want to go back and try the other menu items.

If you're looking for a burger experience that ticks all the boxes, this spot in Surfers is a must-visit. The burgers here are not only large and incredibly tasty, but they also offer great value. The side dish of macaroni cheese is a delicious addition that you won't want to miss. To top it all off, the staff are super friendly, making the overall dining experience fantastic. 🍔🧀👍

Suzanne and Teddy are fantastic hosts as always! We were in one of the private rooms and 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed every single dish of the Peking Duck Banquet for my Son's 13th Birthday. The food is up there with flavour and portion size and is as good or better than any major capital City in Australia. Have also had the salt and pepper mud crab and it's the best I've ever had. Well done Suzanne and Teddy for putting the GC on the map for brilliant Chinese food. cheers Matt
