Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients.     Absolutely loved it from the time we walked in & greeted by James. Food was the best. My husband’s words “Never had lamb so good 🤤”. It sure was We have already booked to go back with friends visiting from Melbourne. Thanks James and Gabriel!!

    My two friends and I went here for the Festive High Tea as a pre-Christmas treat and could not have been more impressed. We were seated in the conservatory with a window seat overlooking the beautiful garden and with views to the mountains. The table setting was perfect with white linen tablecloths, flowers and even Christmas bon bons. The setting, service and food were faultless. I would definitely recommend this venue for a high tea.

    Five star. Partner and I went for our weekly date night and couldn’t fault the service, food or wine. We were greeted at the door by staff , sat down for a wine in the lounge area before sitting down for a beautiful meal. Intimate dining with great service . We will definitely be back

    You have the option to sit inside or outside over looking the lake and golf course. We had a group of 10 there wasn’t any table service so had to order food and drinks at the bar and it was very easy and quick and when the food arrived wow it was fantastic everyone was very pleased.
