Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. Excellent, always a threat eating at the Ridge. Hot delicious plentiful and great service. You pay for what you get, and you get a lot. We have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

This was my second experience at The Refinery, and I loved it even more than the first. I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo app and the Long Stem Artichokes. My mother had the Trofie pasta with vodka sauce and seafood. It has a spicy kick, FYI. I enjoyed the Swordfish with mussels and shrimp. The portions were substantial and beautifully presented. Here's the kicker: THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Next-level servers and they work together to make your evening smooth and seamless. Next time I'm saving room for an espresso martini and some dessert.
