    As someone who’s been going to Lelli’s since childhood, we were severely disappointed with our experience when we visited in New Year’s Eve. While we understand the hectic nature of serving on a holiday, we were let down by the quality of food and how long our service took, even for just a party of two. There were other parties in our section who’d been waiting for their servers to tend to their table as well, and it was just a let down to see, especially when people visit and know they’re spending their top dollar expecting the best. Our food was overcooked, and by the time our entrees arrived, we’d been there almost three hours and didn’t feel like sending anything back; we instead opted to skip dessert and just head home. While our waiter was kind and willing to buy a round of drinks, we were just turned off by the overall experience and don’t anticipate Lelli’s earning our business again anytime soon.

    The server Maria ruined our entire dinner, she was rude and when asked a question. Her response was I don’t know. She brought the wrong order and blamed us for not being clear with our desires.

    The food was good but the service was terrible and very slow. We were there for over 2 hours and only saw our waitress a total of 4 times. After she brought our food she never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything else. We would have loved another round of drinks but since she never came back we couldn’t order them. We had to flag down the host in order to initiate getting our check so we could leave. We are understanding if a restaurant is busy and has big parties that back up the kitchen but we would prefer it if our server stopped by the table to tell us that.

    Food was outstanding . The wait was long past our reservation (about 45+ minutes) and it took some time to get service once we were seated but, it was Christmas eve.

    Overall a fun and positive choice for Christmas Eve family dinner. It had been several years since my last experience here at Lelli’s Inn. I will not let it be that long till my next time. Very busy as expected, but service kept up, and the decorations were festive. Steaks were great and the Veal Parm was a winner.

    It was a Miserable Christmas Eve Experience. The staff did everything they could to make it a wonderful evening, but they oversold the restaurant. We were placed at a folding table in a room so loud that you could not even hear the people you were sitting with. They crammed people into every nook and cranny. It completely ruined the evening! Most of the food was cold when we received it, and the time between courses was very long. I expected a more extended dinner on a busy holiday night, but this went way beyond that. Once again, this is not a reflection on the staff. They were trying, but the number of people they crammed in didn't stand a chance!

    This is a very fine upscale Italian restaurant that is way above average. You will not be disappointed from start to finish this restaurant is just perfect.

    Lelli’s did not disappoint. Haven’t been there in several years. If you want excellent filet plus all the sides, it’s worth the splurge, esp. for special occasions. Our server Latosha was excellent. Thanks for a lovely evening and delicious meal.

    Lelli’s never disappoints. It was a very busy evening but the staff was excellent in both attentiveness and pace. Food was delicious as always. One of my favorite restaurant and am thankful it is only 25 mins away. If you have never been, you are missing out!
