Some say that the Indian cuisine is almost as diverse as the entire European cuisine, because of the four different main regional styles: the North Indian cuisine (the regions Benaras, Kashmir, Mughlai, Punjab and Rajasthan), the South Indian cuisine (regions Andhra, Kannada, Kerala and Tamil), East Indian cuisine (regions Assamese and Bengali) and Western Indian cuisine (regions Gujarat, Maharashtrian and Malwani). The northern part of India is mostly rural, although it contains large cities such as Delhi, Mumbai and Calcutta, thus its cuisine is more agricultural than anything, wheat being a primary constituent of this region’s dishes. Southern regions however tend to be more exotic, spicy in their dishes and rice is a constant ingredient in their food. To give the taste of their main dishes, North Indians use onions and coriander whilst southerners use a more exotic coconut base for their dishes. Bon Appetite

Bar Peached is the newest restaurant concept from the team that brought you The Peached Tortilla, the Asian and Southern inspired food truck turned brick and mortar. Located at 1315 W. 6th Street, Bar Peached is a bar focused restaurant concept that features a range of small plates, comfort food shareables, and both small and large format tacos, all with an Asian twist. Beverage Director Kevin Kok's bar menu boasts a variety of draft cocktails and "to order" cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a spectrum of draft, bottled and canned beers.

Any cancellations to reservations of 6+ people in less than 24 hour notice will result in a $25 per person cancellation fee.

Gran sorpresa en la comida y las combinaciones. El nivel de la comida con la sal suficiente (por arriba del promedio en Estados Unidos, pero bien para alguien de México). Los vinos del maridaje estuvieron bien a excepción de 1 (3/4). Sólo pedimos la degustación del Chef, pero los platillos de las otras mesas se veían bien servidos y presentados. Our garage entrance (labeled Hotel & Event Parking) is on Capital One Drive North – across from Capital One Headquarters. Drive through gate, up ramp, and park on 4th or 5th floor. Proceed to guest elevators and press 11-Lobby/Wren on the digital elevator panel. A friendly reminder to bring in parking ticket to be validated at Guest Services.

Companies like Instagram, Forbes, Facebook, The Met Museum, Neiman Marcus, and Laura Mercier have been hiring Yasmeen Tadia and her company, Make Your Life Sweeter for eight years to create unique, Instagrammable experiences at parties and events. In fact, her sales strategy had been to explain to clients that she could create the type of treats and experiences that couldn’t be found in any store.

Then COVID-19 happened. Lavish private parties like the ones she did for celebs like Oprah, Justin Timberlake and Stevie Wonder were cancelled. But Tadia was not despondent – she was determined.
