Salute offers five distinct areas for dining: Al Fresco, a casual Bar, Lounge, Wine Room, and Main Dining Room.

We also have a full Bar, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks to accompany your meal. Additionally, Salute imports Olive Oil and Wine from its own vineyards in Tuscany; which adds to the depth and authenticity of your dining experience.

The menu at Salute is varied and extensive, offering Bruschetta, Appetizers, Imported Italian Cheeses, Cured Meats, Salads, Pasta, and many other delicious entree choices.

Our ambiance is inspired by the dinner houses of the "Rat Pack" era and you will find music to match on the speakers from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Enjoy the delicious fresh seafood and hand cut steaks from Chef David Thompson's team in our Kitchen. We have an extensive wine list and craft cocktails to pare with the experience.
