Michael Mina is a celebrity chef in Vegas. One of his most popular restaurants is StripSteak which aims to take the "stuffy" out of the classic steakhouse. StripSteak is the Aria Hotel and Casino, and it has traditional steakhouse options, like rib-eye, Scottish salmon, and a whole host of sides. Diners rave about the Maine lobster tacos, though, which come as a starter and include shrimp, shiso, kewpie mayo, and celery root spuma. Fui porque la chef tiene muy buena reputación y la comida estuvo excelente. Los tacos de piel de salmón tienen muy buenas reseñas y están muy ricos pero para mi gusto, todo lo demás estuvo mucho mejor. Yo comí pato confitado con un cus cus delicioso y de postre panna cotta también muy buena. Nos acompañantes pidieron cachete de cerdo y les gustó mucho. El lugar está un poco lejos de la zona turística de Las Vegas pero bien vale la pena el viaje.
