La Spiga ha sido reconocida desde 1998 por su auténtica gastronomía del norte de Italia, un homenaje culinario a la región italiana de Emilia-Romaña. La chef y cofundadora de La Spiga, Sabrina Tinsley, prepara todos los productos a partir de cero, utilizando alimentos integrales y caldos caseros.
