Food The menu is based on produce driven delights of Aegean region of Turkey, rich in culture and variety of the produce, dairy, fish and lamb.
Most of the dishes are prepared ‘zeytinyagli’ style, olive oil poached vegetables served as part of a drinking feast. Imagine dolmas, sarmas and seasonal vegetables with plenty of fresh herbs of the area.
