He has lived in the Pacific Palisades since 2004 with his wife Marlo and two children and loves it just as much as he loves his childhood home back in Italy. At Cinque Terre West, Gianba will be bringing simple and delicious food inspired by his childhood and local California cuisine to the Palisades Village.

Totalmente recomendado para pasar el día. Tiene un panorama y viaje en teleférico espectacular, el ambiente y los empleados muy tranquilo y amables, el museo y tiendas de recuerdos es recomendado ver; y por último la comida en el restaurante está muy bien, puede ser mejor, el precio es un poco caro pero para pasar un buen tiempo en familia vale mucho la pena. Volvería otra vez con mucho gusto.

Four Strangers Walk Into A Bar...

30 years ago, four people working in the hospitality industry met in a bar on Toulouse Street in The French Quarter of New Orleans. Over time they became friends and when the first one moved away he stated, "our paths will cross again." Sure enough, over the next three decades, we worked together and apart in cities across the United States, including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Telluride, Washington DC and of course The Big Easy. In early 2021 an opportunity presented itself and Toulouse was born.

Using local, sustainable ingredients, we produce food with a hint of New Orleans style, in the type of place where tourists feel at home, locals are at home, and everyone is surrounded by family and friends.

She makes an annual pilgrimage to Italy to work with Italian chefs and learn the classic techniques and ingredients that she employs at Cattivella.

El lugar es muy agradable, muy bien decorado y tranquilo. La comida nos gustó aunque la ensalada tenia poco aderezo y la lasagna había demasiado queso ricota y poca bolognesa y estaba un poco fría al llegar a la mesa. El vino muy bueno y resaltar sobretodo el servicio y amabilidad y simpatia de los camareros.

There are many varieties of BBQ. A few of the best known are: Carolinas, Kansas City, Memphis and of course Texas.
Texas BBQ differs by region
East Texas- the meat is slowly cooked typically over hickory wood and is marinated in a sweet tomato-based sauce
Central Texas- the meat is rubbed with salt and black pepper and sometimes other spices and then cooked over indirect heat using pecan, oak or mesquite wood. Sauce is usually not necessary but it can be served on the side to complement the meat.
South Texas- The meat is marinated in thick molasses-like sauces
West Texas- the meat is cooked over direct heat from mesquite wood

Enjoy great fresh food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast is served daily until 2:30pm. Lunch is available all day from open to close and our dinner entrees start at 4pm until close. Get the best beer, wine and cocktail pricing in Bellingham daily, from 3:30 - 6pm during our Happy Hour. It's available in the entire restaurant and Kids are welcome! (Happy Hour is not available for takeout). Sunday's is Kids Eat Free day. Spend $15 on regular priced food and receive a FREE kid's meal. Order ahead and save time by picking up in our drive thru, which is always open for your convenience, and located right beside the I5 North on ramp.
