      I have been a patron of Lucca’s for several years, enjoying great meals and exceptional service. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of the high standards I’ve come to expect. I dined with my two daughters and one of their boyfriends, and we all ordered seafood pasta dishes featuring scallops. Regrettably, the scallops had a distinctly briny, fishy taste, which we feared were spoiled. Our waiter was attentive and kindly offered to have the dishes remade. However, when we inquired further, he assured us the scallops were fresh and safe, suggesting that the flavor might not improve in a replacement dish. Given this, we chose not to have the meals redone and instead picked out the scallops to avoid wasting food. While the rest of the meal was enjoyable, paying over $30 per plate only to remove one the main component was disappointing. I still hold Lucca’s in high regard and hope this was an isolated incident, as the restaurant has otherwise provided memorable dining experiences over the years.

      We had a wonderful New Year's vEve dinner! The food was delicious. The service was attentive, and the company was great.

      One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The inside of the restaurant was nothing to be excited about. For a non-chain Italian restaurant , atmosphere was below par expectations.. which would have been fine if the food and service out weighted the lack of decor. However that was not the case - our appetizers came out over cooked, dry and flavorless (2 each : Calamari, Arancini, meatball) we had to send them back, when the manager came over she examined how much of each appetizer was eaten and only offered to take 4/6 of them off the bill. Still giving the benefit of the doubt our food came out and looked good (4 orders of Lobster Raviolis & and 2 orders of Seafood Risotto - specially) but the salt content in the dishes were so high we had to spit it out and again send the food back. When the manager came back she goes “what’s the problem now” when addressing the table. After explaining the issue and having her taste the dish she offered to bring new meals and we all declined , called Chinese take out in the restaurant while we were waiting for the bill. What a way to spend NYE… of all experiences to end the year with. Will never go back nor recommend.

      For an Italian restaurant, my noodles were under cooked and sticky. The meal was also lukewarm. Sent them back, pretty sure they heated them up in the microwave.

      I met a friend for dinner on a Thursday night and we had a great time catching up. The food is delicious, the service prompt, warm, and friendly, and the atmosphere cozy. Parking can be somewhat of a bear, but Lucca's is worth that relatively small inconvenience.

      Every dish was incredible! our server Zach was personable and offered excellent recommendations of dishes. They were very up front on the website and in person that meals are made from scratch and tend to take longer. Knowing that ensured that we left plenty of time before our next reservation to Phipps. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

      Three friends gathered after a long time to enjoy a meal and catch up over lunch. We were given the luxury of a long and leisurely meal, with bottles of wine, soup, entree, dessert and coffee. The server was knowledgeable and attentive-- his suggestions were spot on! Luckily it was fairly empty so it was intimate and quiet and we felt unhurried. The food was spectacular and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Grateful to the restaurant and staff for making our reunion such a treat!
