In the heart of Century Square, Porters is a classic "dining and butcher" restaurant driven by excellent meat selections and prime cocktails. Park at the upscale bar for one of the classic cocktails. The "Steakhouse" cocktail features Stoli elite vodka and pork belly blue cheese stuffed olives, or the "Good Tidings" with Cointreau, vodka, and cranberry juice. There are also plenty of prime whiskeys on the Porter menu. Try some of the Knappogue Castle 12 year or the Old Overholt Rye, or grab one of the Japanese selections. Far East favorites include Nikka "From the Barre;" or Yamazaki 12 Year.
