Great spot at the Pfister Hotel. Baby Back Ribs and filet steak are very good.

Steaks were okay. All three sides were overcooked or in the case of the mushrooms, burnt. Very disappointing.

Our waiter Aiden was wonderful! He was very friendly, polite, and attentive. He checked on us all night. He even had the chef come over and tell us how he made the amazing Mac n cheese! Wonderful meal- will be going back.

We had a late dinner 7:45. I hope that this did not have a bearing on the poor quality of our food. The seafood gumbo was very thick & seemed to be dried out…no broth at all. This should have been visible to whomever was placing in the bowl. Steak ordered medium was prepared just shy of well done. Soup was replaced with French Onion that was better than the gumbo but sweeter than I prefer. Steak was replaced but by this time all others at table were done eating and clearly servers were beginning with closing procedures. The 2nd steak was prepared properly but had no taste. The steak was removed from the bill. All issues were taken care of appropriately. Mason Street is generally our”go to” for 5 star food & service as it has been the most consistent for quality & service in the 12 years we have lived here. This was a disappointing visit!
