Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

    My wife and I went to Pĥo in Harborne on Valantìnes night at 7.30. It was about half full so we had our pick of the tables. Our waitress was very attentive, professional and friendly. She asked if we had been before and if we hany questions about the menu. She then talked us through a beginners guide and we ordered 2 of her recommendations - beef brisket phoʻ and beef combo pho'. The food was delightfully tasty, and the service was superb. What more could you ask for? Maybe slightly more comfortable chairs but that is being a ɓit picky.

    Great food great service in a lovely environment it was fairly quiet as it was Sunday but our second time and everything is fantastic also the heaters in the front section are brilliant I would highly recommend
