We had the most delicious roast beef dinner it was delicious, the gravy was Devine, potatoes amazing, veg was ok would have preferred more green leafy vegetables was it was fine The cherry Bakewell as always was delicious, Service brilliant as always, The only tiny thing was our rolls were hard and dry.

Great service, lovely atmosphere and really good menu

We chose this as a convenient half way stop between Norfolk and Kent. Chose it because we all like Italian food. Easy to book online. Convenient parking nearby. Very friendly welcome. All the staff were very attentive. Food was excellent and good choice. Would definitely recommend and will use again. It was worth the slight detour off the M11.

We visited the Starr with some hyper-fussy friends and they could find nothing to complain about. I can't give a better review than that!
