El restaurante Tangawizi en el este de Twickenham en Londres, cerca de Richmond Bridge, se ganó la devoción de sus acomodados vecinos desde el primer minuto. El chef ha sido "entrenado y fuertemente recomendado por Vineet Bhatia" y eso ya dice mucho. El comedor es muy elegante, con una iluminación en tonos de azafrán y morado capaz de animar el estado de espíritu, y aplicaciones de una hermosa tela de sari en las mesas. Los platillos son tradicionales del norte de la India, pero de vanguardia y contemporáneos, de la forma que les gusta a los londinenses: con los ingredientes más frescos, poca grasa y sabores chispeantes. Podrá disfrutar de una fuente mixta de entrantes para compartir para que pueda explorar realmente las posibilidades; a continuación, puede elegir, por ejemplo, el pargo rojo picante en tempura y servido con risotto de queso cheddar y parmesano, acompañado por uno de los apreciados dahls (acompañamiento de lentejas).
