Mitch was an exceptional wait staff (attentive and efficient without being too visible). The restaurant had honored our request for a quieter table and it worked out well. The food was overall delicious (although I wish the halibut special had some kind of topping/sauce. The fish was delicious but would have been enhanced by something additional). The butternut squash bisque was phenomenal (Mitch was right to bring me a spoon to share with my husband). Despite being full, we managed to try some desserts (YUM!). We will return in the future. Second afternoon we had the cheese fondue and split a burger. There was live music and we enjoyed the drink and food after a long day in the cold. Employees were very pleasant. It was a great experience, realty relax, people we wonderful, food was 5 star but not pretentious, felt like I was in someone’s home.
