Since we were inconvenienced, they nicely took the charge off the bill. I think they went beyond the norm to make us happy. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours..
