We shared 5 small plates and the food was imaginative and so flavorful. Nice size portions and we took some home. Our waitress Sara was great - very attentive and gave us some good ideas for soaking in Pagosa. It was quite chilly in the room which was a bit disconcerting. We went for our 8th anniversary dinner and they made our night memorable with everything ( excellent service, magnificent food and drinks). The quality of the fish and desserts and everything was some of the best sushi I’ve ever eaten.
