A little over done for a medium rare. However still very good. The shrimp cocktail was a winner .... reminded us of the 70s... cold crisp shrimp with the perfect cocktail sauce. If one is not looking for burger, this is restaurant a excellent alternative. This was a wine pairing that was carried out perfectly in terms of timeliness, the quality of the food and the wine, and the delivery of it to the table in an organized fashion together with moderation from the restaurant tour and the provider of the wines.
