Our server was very attentive and the excellent food was served in a timely manner. We want to thank the manager Casey Childress-Odom for the extra special service she gave us. She went above and beyond to use her management position to meet a special need.

I called to reserve Brunch for New Years Eve to celebrate with my aunt, husband and children. We wanted to take her somewhere really lovely to celebrate the holidays. It was advertised that Paulettes would have a Special Brunch Menu. When we arrived we were told there would be no Brunch that day and so we decided to go with the crepes and vegetable medley. We were then told no vegetable medley but we would have green beans. We asked if they had lattes and were told the cappuccino machine was old and we would have espresso grounds in our latte. It was as if they really wanted to be closed that day. When I looked back at the social media post, still it was advertising that there would be a Special Brunch on New Years Day. So I called to speak with the manager. I called 3 times as I was hung up on 2 of those times. I told him the situation and he said all he could do was offer me a 25$ gift card. Very, Very disappointing.

The food on Christmas was disappointing. My lobster claws were cold, my husband’s red fish was chewy. It was obvious that the kitchen was very behind. We won’t eat there Christmas 2025.

We have been to Paulette’s for Christmas dinner several times and we appreciate that they are open on this holiday. This year‘s experience was just OK. When you consider it’s an over $200 meal the steak was not done properly the first or second time and the menu was very limited (3 entrees.) I’m glad they did the cooking and the cleanup, but we may be looking for a different restaurant next Christmas.
