Locally sourced and seasonally inspired, Tavern on Kruse changes menus every 12 weeks as we weave the season's perfectly-fresh and perfectly ripe bounty into our offerings. Our executive chef, Nathan Bates, spent four and half years at the Michelin 3-Star "Fifth Floor" in San Francisco. Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.
