Among these dining experiences, "Beyond the Sea" has emerged as our top choice, claiming the coveted first place in our dining rankings. One dish that truly impressed us was their lobster bisque, which ranks as the second-best we have encountered in ten years. This exquisite bisque is crafted with real lobster and expertly prepared, a refreshing contrast to the canned versions that many establishments often serve. Additionally, the fillet was cooked to absolute perfection, and the Chilean Seabass was equally delightful, showcasing the kitchen's skill in seafood preparation. Our Valentines/anniversary dinner was superb! We had different scallop dishes that were perfect!! The stuffed mushroom appetizer and coconut cream pie dessert were fabulous as well. We rented the outdoor fire pits for a happy hour family group in January. It was snowing lightly. We dressed in layers and were fortunate the weather was just cold and not windy. The server was super attentive to us, walking through some slippery snow to serve us our drinks. The fire pits overlook the lake, but the snow washed out the view a bit. It was a really “cool” thing to do and we plan on booking the fire pits again next year. I would recommend the fire pits for a happy hour followed by dinner in the hotel.
