Much of our concept is based around the heirloom corn of Mexico. We import four types of corn from a collective of heirloom farms in Mexico in order to provide the best product we can. We process this corn from raw and turn it into masa for dishes all across our menu, like our Sope, Tamal, and of course, Tortillas. There is a saying in Mexico that we live by at Fonda Fora: "Sin maiz no hay pais," meaning without corn, there is no country. This is one of the best places for small plates we have ever had!!! Everything is delicious and everything is 54% off 5pm-7pm!!!! The service was amazing and the food came out perfect timing. Our favs were the halloumi, cucumber salad, beef tartar, pita, and broccoli salad.

The dinner services were fantastic. The tuna tartare is a must. I didn’t really enjoy the cocktail I got because it was unexpectedly sweet, the ginger syrup overpowered the drink. I should have asked for a recommendation. Overall, a happy experience. Thank you.

Overall it was a great night. Food came out slow but they were slammed all at once and the waiter Sunny proved to be a real professional. Without any complaints made about the slow service he took it upon himself to have one of our bottles of wine Comped for the wait. Excellent place to dine at, I highly recommend it.
