Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen. Friends, The food was exceptional as usual. The croquetas are phenomenal. The Tom-Mare a wonderful concoction. El Flan!!!!! Don’t have the words to say how delicious. Would love to have had the cóctel del día (no alternative?) and the Perrito Caliente but they weren’t available for the second time asking. Amigos, La comida era excepcional, como siempre. Las croquetas son fenomenales. El Tom-Mare es un brebaje maravilloso. ¡El Flan! No tienes las palabras para decir lo delicioso que es. Me encantaría haber tenido el cóctel del día (¿no hay alternativa?) Y el Perrito Caliente, pero no estaban disponibles por segunda vez preguntando.
