"El lugar donde comen los neoyorkinos" Knickerbocker es conocido por su grandioso jazz y sus filetes t-bone de 28 oz., además de ser el favorito de muchas celebridades como F. Murray Abraham, Chris Noth y Alec Baldwin. Racheal Ray lo considera uno de sus "favoritos de la ciudad de Nueva York" y ha reconocido su coctel de camarones, espinaca con crema y, por supuesto, los filetes t-bone.
