Great ambience, Great view from the table next to the window. Food was excellent.

The food and atmosphere was really nice, it just took quite a while to receive our food and the service staff were unsure which table had which order. It was Valentines Day, so busy but not fully booked out, and it seemed there were only 3 table staff to take orders and serve food for the whole venue.

Very nice High Tea for special occasion. Quite pricey so would only go there for special occasion. Staff were friendly and chatty, but not very attentive. Had to ask for drinks menu twice (first person obviously forgot.) Had to walk to other side of restaurant to order second drink as no staff were in the vicinity for some time.

This was a really good first time experience at Union House. My mum has a dietary requirements for her health and the hotel was very accommodating and she was so happy to sit down to a full meal where she can't always have much off any menu (no salt). The staff were professional, warm, hospitable and friendly. The only point was we had never been to the venue and didn't realise how busy the rooftop was. The staff offered us to move inside though so they did all the right things! We will know for next time.

Amazing bar with fabulous views of the city. Melbourne at its best. Staff were personable, helpful and extremely professional. Lui Bar is a ‘must do’ if you are visiting Melbourne.
