We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use. We've made a point of sourcing ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the state, making sure that our menu reflects what's in season. For us, this place is about experience: we try our best to make you feel both at home and 'out for something special'. Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. This is authentic Greek food. The food is delicious and the service excellent. High quality all the way, it was great taking my non Greek friends here and them discovering that Greek food is more than the standard grill taverna food. They all loved it from entree to dessert. The fish of the day was succulent and tasty.

Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

Had the best time at Love Letter restaurant and bar! The super friendly and attentive team made me feel so welcome right from the start. The Splice cocktail is AHHH-mazing – legit tasted like the ice cream! I also had the 250g eye fillet and wedge salad with thick-cut bacon, and wow, it was absolutely delicious. Such a fantastic spot – can’t wait to go back!

We had a birthday party of 12 and the food was absolutely astounding. Pinotta staff catered for everything with such pleasant care for us. Highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Thank you.
