Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. This was our second visit to Two 88 Bar And Kitchen and our food choice did not disappoint as it was delicious. The atmosphere was soothing and my wife loved listening to the background music play list. Will definitely return for more food and drinks when visiting the City.
