Mit voller Überzeugung kann ich sagen, dass die Schweinshaxe, die ich im Clostermanns genossen habe, die leckerste ist, die ich je gegessen habe! Auch möchte ich die stets grandiose Weinempfehlung hervorheben! Das gesamte Team ist einfach bezaubernd – immer freundlich und aufmerksam, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch angenehmer macht. Es ist wirklich ein Genuss, hier zu speisen.Ich kann einen Besuch nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Es gibt zwar wenige aber gute vegetarische Gerichte. Das Waldpilzragout war richtig lecker auch wenn keine Waldpilze sondern Champions drin waren. Der Kaiserschmarrn ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir hatten schon lange nicht mehr so einen so hervorragende Mehlspeise. Da das Hauptgericht schon gut sättigend war, sollte man sich den Kaiserschmarrn am besten teilen.

Absolutely superb service and delicious food. The service is impeccable. Before you begin a lovely selection of flavoured fresh butters and delicious bread is brought to you. Then another selection of amuse bouche. All delightful. Our filet mignon was great. Nice mash. At the end of our dinner a tray of gorgeous chocolates was brought for us to choose a few of. Unobtrusive but perfect service. The rooms are beautiful with large paintings and very comfortable seating. It’s quiet. ( hurrah!) Would highly recommend!

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente Kommen gerne wieder

Usually the bar is set at medium for hotel restaurants, but after our first night staying and eating at the Hilton Köln, we cancelled our other dinner reservation and just opted to eat at the hotel instead. Our server (same as the night before) was great, very accommodating to our daughter who is a bit picky with her food. Making this review a month or so after our visit, but will definitely be back next time we are in Köln, it was a lovely place to enjoy Christmas dinner.
