Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. This classic supper club boasts live performances every night, from Tuesday through Saturday. Bistro-style cuisine, prepared in the traditional French technique, with ingredients from all over the world, prepared with passion by our Executive Chef, Roshan Vermezyari.     The dinner rolls and crab cake are a must! Cannot go here without getting one or the other. Steak Frites with the butter and the fries with garlic aioli was very addictive. The polenta needed a bit more salt, the braised beef could do without the crumble and could have more beef. The sticky toffee was incredible. The piano playing was good and added to the atmosphere. Highly recommend for a date

    Food is always fantastic, was my first time for brunch. Mushroom frittata was great and shakshuka very tasty; they did the vegetarian version for me. Service always attentive and professional.

    I love the up beat vibe of the place . Live jazz how can you go wrong. I definitely would return to try more of the menu everything was absolutely delicious. The service was really good and friendly, pretty good wine list

    Great spot with some excellent food. Simple menu but the food was excellent. The beers are very good and managed to try a few....LOL
