The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. All our dishes are created by our head chef Olindo who draws on these inspirations his signature dishes including a seafood gnocchi.The open kitchen and lime wash walls define the chic, intimate dining space of Plate at No.6. Our famous Mediterranean warmth and relaxed ambience welcomes work mates and first dates, quiet drinks, and family celebrations.A selection of wines have been selected by Sicilian sommelier and Italian wine expert Virgilio Gennaro and cocktails are designed by Regan Fernandes to compliment the fresh, coastal flavours that will revolve around seasonal and local availability.     Celebrated a birthday meal here and booked very last minute. Pleased we did as the welcome, service, food and value for money was fantastic. The level of service we received is rare to come by nowadays. Possibly one of the best restaurants Staines has to offer.

    We had a table for 4 booked for my husbands birthday - all the staff were amazing, very friendly and all acknowledged his birthday. The food was also amazing, I had the Venison which was perfectly cooked and delicious, followed by the Chocolate and Praline desert - also absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere and we didn’t feel pressured to leave, despite being the last party in the restaurant. We had a bottle of rose champagne which was quite expensive. Overall, would definitely recommend.
