We use fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients sourced locally to create a new kind of Beirut Soul Food.Our restaurant is a family sharing ideas and inspiration, all under the guidance of Chef Jad Youssef. Jad was raised in a Lebanese family in Beirut, where he grasped from an early age the significance in life of good quality food.
