Excellent service catered to our needs food was lovely

Overall, the food selection and options are commendable. The service is good—attentive and polite. However, the most critical aspect of this review is the food itself. In Asian cuisine, rice is the essential ingredient in every household, and every respected chef must understand the importance of preparing quality (Kome) rice. Given that a majority of the sushi bar dishes on your menu are based on rice—approximately 80%—it is imperative that it be prepared to perfection. Unfortunately, I have encountered dishes where the rice lacked texture, was underseasoned with sushi su, and resembled congee (for those unfamiliar, that’s porridge) with tinny bites of undercooked as well. This issue has arisen on more than one occasion with my family dining at Oita . Let me be clear; I’m not seeking free food or discounts; that’s not my intention. However, when I’m craving sushi and desire authenticity, I can no longer consider Oita my top choice. The subpar quality of the rice is something that should be acknowledged, as it’s important for restaurants to recognize when customers have valid feedback.

We went on a Saturday afternoon as a party of 7 for my husband’s birthday. The food was incredible; we ordered a big selection of starters, sides, rolls and sharing plates to share between us and loved it all. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and attentive without hovering or rushing us. The food was excellent, service was perfect, the setting was beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely be back.

Heerlijk gegeten. Mijn man st sushi en ik koos de chicken ramen. Verrukkelijk. Over het concept “ bring your own booze” had ik wel vluchtig iets over gelezen op hun website. En op hun deur hing ook die aankondiging. Maar we kwamen al snel tot de ontdekking dat ze helemaal geen alcohol verkochten. Ook geen sake. Maar geen probleem. Naast hun zit een supermarkt. Daar snel een fles wijn gehaald. In de de supermarkt ontkurkt. Prima tent.,

Great service and delicious food. Sushi especially was really good value. Really child friendly my daughter enjoyed her food.
