The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)!     The whipped Stilton starter, scallops appetizer, and venison main course were all terrific! Best meal I have had in quite a long time, and best pub food in London. Upstairs dining room (with its own bar) is cozy and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice wine selection, and prompt service. I look forward to my next visit!

    The service is fantastic in here. They are very attentive and we were very well looked after. The food was delicious and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Everything came out in good time which is perfect for anyone heading to a show after. A few of us weren't drinking and they have some great non-alcoholic alternatives. I would say it's a bit on the expensive side for a burger (£23) but we're in central London and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend BBar. Thanks for having us!
