Situado en la planta baja del Zig Zag Building, que se encuentra a pocos minutos de la estación de tren Victoria. Abierto todo el año, el menú celebra lo mejor de la gastronomía española. Creado por el chef galardonado con 3 estrellas Michelin y chef ejecutivo, Nacho Manzano, junto con César García, quien es jefe de cocina de éste grupo. En el restaurante encontrará hermosos platillos elaborados con productos artesanales importados de España, desde embutidos y quesos curados hasta tapas de autor y pinchos.
