Maki opened its door in 2006, since then it has become one of the area's favourite Japanese restaurants. Executive chef, Mr Ibuchi from Japan, set up the restaurant's first menu and worked with Maki's current chef, Mr K Wong, to create a delightful, fusion Japanese menu.Fresh sushi, sashimi and tempura are among popular choices. The menu also includes bento box varieties and ramen noodles.The restaurant's interior is inspired by the Japanese region of Osake. Deep reds and dim lighting makes for an atmosphere perfect for friends and family or romantic dinners. The counter sushi bar is also perfect for guests who like to experience our sushi chefs' skills!
