The Shoulder of Mutton was originally the present Hill Farm, Hazeley Heath, and was transferred to the present site some time before 1875. The landlord’s name is given as James Hathaway. These days however, The Mutton is better known for serving wonderful British food with an aim to deliver great service in a relaxed, friendly, and informal environment.Head Chef Rob Boer has been trained by award winning Chefs and is now delivering outstanding dishes at The Mutton.The Mutton has recently been awarded 2AA Rosettes.
