Our PhilosophySpecializing in authentic regional Mexican cuisine, our chef driven menu is rooted in traditional Mexican recipes. Time is our secret ingredient. For years, Christian Esser & Shalico Christian had a big idea for a small bar.After helping to successfully establish WINESCHOOL3 as the preeminent educator for wine, spirits and other alcoholic beverages in the Cayman Islands and throughout the Caribbean & LATAM region, and then later Aroma Academy, which teaches people sensory skills with regard to the aromas and flavours in wine and spirits, Shalico saw a gap in the hospitality offerings on Grand Cayman.

    Per usual, Bacaro was outstanding! Kelvin is an absolute gem. He made our night so much fun. Awesome personality, great recommendations and treated us like royalty. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and he went above and beyond to make our friend feel special. We also love Fabio, the sommelier, whose pairings were perfection. Can’t wait to return!

    I enjoyed two lovely evenings at Union grill and bar during my trip to Grand Cayman. First evening was live soul music with Daisy Lee and the second was jazz with Devon Edie. Both were awesome!! The salmon, lobster tails, and red snapper were all delicious!!

    This was a great choice on 7-Mile beach. Wonderful location. Beautiful beach to swim in turquoise waters. Service outstanding. A bit pricey and food and drinks were okay. They were great with baby who made a mess. We had the best table too!

    DJ was great and engaging. Our waiter/server extraordinaire Max was amazing. He had great recommendations and was hilarious. We stayed longer because of his company. We will definitely be back.
