Our story started on the beautiful coast of South Sicily and later transformed to another beautiful cost of Clearwater, Florida. Chef Nello born and raised in Catania, Sicily and has wide experience with his restaurants in Italy. Soul Sicilian Fusion is his first restaurant in USA.
