We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative.     Service was outstandiing, food very good. It’s a loud place and tables are fairly close so not a place for quiet conversations. We moved from a table and sat at the bar so we could talk quietly. The chefs use the wood-fired oven skillfully. Highly recommend the olives and Brussels sprouts.

    Great brisket, smoked sausages, and pulled pork! All of the sauces were so amazing. Potato salad was warm and damn it was good! The music and atmosphere made for a great night. The bar feel was confusing for a great smoke bbq place but it made sense after you settled in. A bit short staffed the night we went but service was still really great! Found a new fav!
