Our server Kathryn was excellent…she went over the wine selection in detail with comparison to other wines. She took the time to explain the meal choices and made recommendations for sharing amount the 3 of us. The whole server team worked together to manage the room…great team work.. definitely will be back and request Kathryn👍

Amazing service! The waitress was very attentive and the food was amazing. Everything was ready quickly and the prices for happy hour are perfect! Highly recommend

Our food was delicious. I particularly liked my dinner's rice and charred shishito peppers. My mocktail was mostly ice with very little ginger beer. My host liked his wine. Our waiter recommended we order 2 appetizers and 2 mains, which would have been too much for us to eat as the main courses are substantial. We're glad we didn't take his recommendation. Service was fine up to and including our after-dinner coffees, then our waiter disappeared, It was almost 11pm (we'd arrived for dinner at shortly before our 9pm reservation time) so by then we may have been the last patrons in the restaurant. Did our waiter forget we were there? We flagged down a waitress who was cleaning up the other tables and she brought us our bill. We'll return to the restaurant as the ambiance and food were excellent and they serve dinner late, but we hope our service is better the next time. Or we'll ask for the bill when we get our coffees.

My colleagues/friends visit Prova at least 1-2 a month and it’s our go to place. We normally have the same server and her memory is amazing. She always knows what our drink order is and very friendly each time. My only negative is we cannot collect Bonvoy points as it’s located in a Bonvoy hotel.
