Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather. Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

I can't think of anything to fault in our recent dining experience at Tote. I eat out a lot but I think this is the only restaurant I have visited 5 times. Everything about our evening was spot on, the food, the drinks, the service, the ambience, the attention to detail from the staff in ensuring glasses weren't empty and the timing between the courses was perfect. Consideration of our party with dietary restrictions was amazing too.
