Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. It is always a quick easy pick to go to the Belrose Hotel. Food options are good always a special to choose from. Plenty of space and staff always helpful. Food always good

The food & drinks were amazing & service was excellent. They catered for my dietary requirements so well & made me an alternative when neccessary. Absolutely would reccomend.

We had a great experience here. The service was amazing and the staff member looking after us was attentive. We enjoyed the food too. Highly recommend for anyone to do the Bottomless Lunch.

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
