Verarbeitet werden ausschließlich frische vorwiegend nachhaltig erzeugte Produkte bester Qualität.“ (Tarik Rose) Wer es etwas rustikaler mag, besucht den Engel Imbiss, der sich im Parterre des Ponton-Restaurants befindet. Und wenn es mal was zu feiern gibt, dann wird der Engel in exponierter Lage auch gerne vermietet.
