Frank Mac's. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

    I recently dined in Elements Bar & Grill Pyrmont and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere.     Lovely mood and setting. Wish I'd picked outside however with the weather lately it felt risky. Sun set and water views still seen from every table inside. The food was delicious only disappointment was the ravioli which was sold out; I'll just have to go back to try it and eat earlier!

    After moving overseas I haven’t been to Garfish for some years. It was great to go back and find it was as fantastic as I remembered. They always deliver - delicious food, excellent service and a buzzy atmosphere. One of my favourite places.

    The service was absolutely fantastic. Guy was so informative and knowledgeable about the whiskey and finding the right style of whiskey for us. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Sydney
