The ambiance of Salted Egg added to the overall enjoyment, providing a comfortable and inviting setting for our meal.     Excellent service delivering an innovative degustation menu. I loved the wine pairing. We sat at the bar facing the action in the open kitchen. It was a highlight watching the finely tuned chef team in action. A great experience. Highly recommended.
