Le Saotico offers a tasty and french cuisine. "Hum, c'est bon!" is the motto so often used by diners at this restaurant in Paris's 2nd arrondissement, just a stone's throw from Boulevard Montmartre and the Opéra Comique. Accessibility and availability are as much a part of the menu as the service. Market cuisine adapted to the rhythm of the seasons, daily deliveries of high-quality, rigorously selected produce: exclusively French meats, fish from small boats (Dôme fishmonger), and constantly fresh fruit and vegetables.
